“Something old, something new, something goat and something blue”. Humboldt fog, smoked gouda, gorgonzola and fontina served with baguette, marcona almonds, grapes and fig jam. Serves 1-4 people.
Fra’mani salame, sopressata, speck, aged gouda, gorgonzola stuffed peppadews, assorted olives, artichoke hearts, caprese skewers. Served with baguette. Serves 1-4 people.
Hummus, tzatziki, feta cheese, assorted olives, peppadews, artichoke hearts, sliced cucumber and red bell pepper. Served with warm pita bread. Serves 1-4 people.
Grilled pork tenderloin, smoked ham, swiss cheese, dill pickle and dijonaise. Served on Cornerstone Bakery bolillo bread, pressed. Served with kettle chips and gherkin pickle.
Boar’s Head smoked turkey and swiss cheese, grilled and topped with sliced cabbage tossed in 1000 island dressing, served on Cornerstone Bakery hearty marble rye. Served with kettle chips and gherkin pickle.
Roasted tomato, fresh mozzarella, fontina, provolone cheese and fresh basil, grilled and topped with a drizzle of aged balsamic. Served on Cornerstone Bakery sourdough bread. Served with kettle chips and gherkin pickle.
